Patzcuaro

We arrived in Patzcuaro yesterday, only a 70 km trip. We are in Rancho La Mesa, an RV park with a million dollar view over the city & lake. Today we took the boat over to Janitzeo Island, a steep island with a statue of Morelos on the top. 100's of tiny stores on the way up. I climbed up despite a sore ankle. There seemed to be a wedding taking place. Bands and women in colorful costumes. If I were going to live anywhere in Mexico, it would be this town.
