Hacked

Checked my Visa card today and found  I had a deficit balance of several thousand dollars. All from Israel. I have not used it in Mexico except recently and the charges go back to mid Dec. I also found out you only have 60 days to report fraudulent charges and fortunately they were all under that limit. I suspect it occurred on my way through the states where I used the card more frequently.
