Navidad

Well Christmas went pretty well with our Gringo & Mexican friends, 19 in all. I did not drink, I polished off 1/2 a bottle of Old Smugglers Scotch last night. Terry overdid it a bit much tonight.

The guy at the table  on the right in the bottom photo below is called Chewy. He is a pig farmer in a nearby town. He is going to supply a pig for a NY's pig roast, but we will be gone by then. The RV spot where we had dinner is occupied by Mike & Barb from Ladner. They have developed it into quite a spot in the years they have been wintering here. He leaves his 5th wheel here year round and bought a small Class A to drive down in. Mike is the guy in the checkered shirt on the right in the last photo. You can also just see the lake in the background in that photo.
