We tried to drive Yesterday from Oaxaca to Cuernavaca. I say tried because Doug had a mishap in Puebla. This city has awful traffic and in a multi-lane lineup for a toll booth, where cars were changing lanes juggling for position. A Volkswagon pulled across the front of him and clobbered his corner with the rear end of the car. The driver then changed lanes and exited, making it impossible to follow him. It happened right next to a "Shit Happens" billboard. This delayed us 2 hours while we called the insurance adjuster. The damage is minor, but irritating. This means we could not make the RV park before dark so we spent the night in a lot behind a Pemex station. This morning we finished the journey. This RV park is not suitable for any number of large rigs, we had a heck of time with the couple we have, so I think we will probably use that same Pemex as an overnight stop, and skip Cuernavaca with Caravans and go all the way to Acapulco. Notice the photo below demonstrating Mexican passing techniques

Pictures look good!
